Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sparkle & Scents, we want you to love every purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we’re happy to cancel it and provide a full refund.

If your order has already been shipped, it will need to be returned before a refund can be issued.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us in 24hrs so we can make it right

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain products cannot be returned. This includes all bath and body products, custom or personalised items, and personal care goods.

If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, we’re always happy to help.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item (if eligible) once approved. If your order hasn't been sent yet and you would like to exchange an item please email me at sparkleandscents@hotmail.com

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
